Return & Refund Policy
At Kiswah Collectibles, each product is handled with care and respect. Due to the exclusive and sacred nature of our collectibles, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or broken products received by the customer.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be damaged during transit

An unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery

The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect understanding of the product.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

A refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charges

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items

Items without an unboxing video

Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer

Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
Replacement (If Applicable)
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Important Notes

Minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural and do not qualify as damage

Handcrafted and heritage items may have slight imperfections that add to their authenticity
